I haven't been this excited since I found gluten free oats by Bob's Red Mill.
I'm a busy mom with 4 growing boys....recently divorced and back to school myself full time to add to the chaos. Gluten Free cooking scares a lot of people, but it shouldn't....I'm hopeful that this blog can help people make the transition a little less scary.

May I take this moment to say:
You're my hero. (And I MEAN it!)
I just got diagnosed celiac a week and a half ago, and it's been a long time of "Nope, can't eat that now." and "Here, you want 15 cans of cream of mushroom soup?" and "No thanks, I'd rather NOT have a brownie." (Only my favorite food ever!)
Your blog is a wonderful "YES!" to brighten up all those "NO!!!!"s. Thank you.
I, too, am a mother (of 2, tho', not 4) and I have been struggling a little to find things we all can eat without buying heaps of gluten-free pricey stuff.
I am looking forward to browsing your previous entries, but the Chex website alone has made me sooooo happy today. I love that stuff, and just assumed I couldn't have it... didn't even bother to check.
So thanks!
Thanks, thanks, thanks again.

Why Thank you Mikki!!! but seriously, you're gonna make my head swell!
We can still eat Snickers and Dove chocolate and the Namaste brownies are pretty darn good!!! OH and PF Changs has a gluten free chocolate thing with raspberry sauce that is to DIE for AND Outback's flourless brownie thing is pretty good too......
Please email me if you need any more info.....I'm really glad I could be of help to someone else!
