Lemon caper sauce

1 cup mayo,
2 tbsp shallot
2 tsp lemon juice,
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp parsley

throw the mayo, shallot, lemon juice and capers in small food processor, blend till all chopped good, add chives and parsely, blend a bit more, chill in fridge and serve with salmon cakes.
